My name is Alexi and I can speak three languages: French, Spanish and Chinese! I also love music and when I'm bored I try to learn a new instrument. I play guitar, piano, tin whistle and didgeridoo already, I'm thinking of trying the ukulele next!

Kidnapping?!
Alan is gone! I'd seen Dana getting more frantic over the last few days but I thought it was because Alan was avoiding her again. Turns out I was wrong. Apparently Alan did what Betty is always warning us not to do: meet up with someone he knows only from the Internet. I hope he's all right. The Faculty are up in arms trying to find a way to get him back.

Counseling with Maya
Originally I went to Maya for help with the scavenger hunt project, but now I find I enjoy talking to her about what I am feeling more. Maya's been an excellent listener. She lets me pour out my guts and knows just what to say afterwards to make me feel better. I am starting to feel more confident now. I have friends and people who love me here. I can be happy with that.

Return to normal
Slowly but surely things are beginning to return to normal. I've started work on converting the butterfly Scavenger Hunt to the Web site again. It kinda got lost when I was caught up in that whole Ms. Information thing. The work helps. I've been thinking about what would happen if I find something that makes me think I've found my mom again. What could I do to make sure this time? Will I ever hear from Mom again?

Dancin away my fears
I'm glad it's finally February. This whole thing with Ms. Information and my mother has me tied in knots. Omni advised I do things to take my mind off of it. So I'm throwing myself at the Valentine's Dance. I am going to make sure that all the cadets have a blast this year. I have a few surprises of my own that are sure to make everyone happy.
