The Farm
We're going to get together and help Dana plant the Academy garden next week. It's the first time in weeks I've seen her really excited about something.
She was carrying a huge stack of gardening books the other day that she'd borrowed from the library. Typical Dana doing tons of research for something she's working on! She even dragged me to the Databank to help her look for Web sites about square foot gardening and natural pesticides.

Summer Plans
I'm really pleased to be working at the Detention Center this summer. Sparky and I have a pretty good system going. He's actually a really smart kid, and crazy talented when it comes to programming.
I'll also get to spend more time with Dana. She's been so bummed out lately. Hopefully a summer of good, hard work and lots of down time with friends will cheer her up.
